 Positions available:

Essential functions: The physical requirements to these positions, include but are not limited to picking up and carrying a child of minimum of 40 pounds, and mobility necessary to reach a child quickly in an emergency. Work will be conducted indoors and outdoors, and with animals of various kinds.

Toddler (18 months to 3 years) Long Term Leave Substitute


The Montessori School of Durham is seeking a Toddler Teacher to serve as a long term substitute for the 2020-2021 school year. Applicant must be responsible and able to learn Montessori methods. Training is provided. References and criminal background check required; Bachelor’s degree and experience working with children preferred.
